Hot Wheels
Every kid loved having toy cars. To me Hot Wheels were the best. My brother and I had a huge collection and always played with them. We used to love going to the store and looking at all the new ones. The most expensive one that someone bought was $70,000. It is interesting how they make them. They use the blueprints for the real cars and then give the blueprints back to the car maker and then use their observations to make the actual car to 1/64 scale. Mattel, who owns Hot Wheels, bought the rights to Matchbox in 1996 and became the biggest Die cast car maker.
